Returns

We want you to love your LuxeLoop piece. If it isn't right, you can return unworn necklaces and jewelry sets within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us at sairajsinhrathod@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different piece is to return the one you have and place a new order.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
