How to Sell

Submit Your Item
Take clear photos of your item from the front, back, and of the care tag with the code. Submit these images for pre-evaluation to assess the condition, market demand, and authenticity. Once approved, send or deliver your items to our inventory room.

Payment
When your item sells, the proceeds will be credited to your store account. You can transfer these funds to your bank account or use them to rent items from Luxeloop.

Commission Structure
We charge a commission based on the selling price of your item:

Standard (30%): Items priced at 3,000,000 IDR and below.

Medium-end (20%): Items priced between 3,000,000 - 6,000,000 IDR.

High-end (15%): Items priced above 6,000,000 IDR.
The commission is calculated based on the final selling price and will be deducted from your earnings.

Refunds & Changes
If you choose to withdraw your item after it has been consigned for 3 months, we will charge a fee of 50% of the rental price to compensate for any potential inconvenience caused to the renter.
