How to Lend

Submit Your Item
Take clear pictures of your item from the front, back, and of the care tag with the code. Submit these images for pre-evaluation to determine market demand and authenticity. Once approved, send or deliver your items to our inventory room for quality control.

Damage & Loss
We cover removable stains and damages. Renters will be responsible for repair costs, and we will inform you about any damage and solutions provided. In cases of loss due to negligence or theft, we will compensate up to IDR 5,000,000 based on the item's condition and agreed consignment price. Force majeure events are not covered.

Commission & Storage
Items consigned on our platform will incur a commission fee based on the rental or selling price:

Standard (30%): Items priced at 3,000,000 IDR and below.

Medium-end (20%): Items priced between 3,000,000 - 6,000,000 IDR.

High-end (15%): Items priced above 6,000,000 IDR.
We will store your items and return them if not rented at least twice within 3 months. You may retrieve your consignment only after it has been listed for a minimum of 3 months.

Payment & Refunds
Payments for rented items will be credited to your store account. You can transfer these funds to your bank account or use them for renting items. If you withdraw your item after 3 months of consignment, a 50% fee of the rental price will be charged to compensate the renter.
How to Rent

Payment & Deposit
To rent an item, you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit of the item's selling price, which can be transferred to our bank account or held through Tokopedia. The rental fee will be charged separately.

Late Returns
The rental period starts when the item arrives at your address or is picked up. Late returns will incur additional charges based on the number of days overdue, including a processing fee and late fee.

Handling Damage & Loss
If an item is lost or damaged beyond repair, we’ll charge the selling price or the repair cost to your credit card and deduct it from your deposit. Alterations to rented items are not allowed without prior approval, and unauthorized alterations may result in additional charges.

Delivery & Packaging
If the item is available, we offer same-day or next-day delivery. If the item is with the lender, delivery will be within 2 days after booking and payment. We provide pre-paid return packaging; a fee will apply if not returned on time.
